The Premier League duo of Wolves and West Ham are desperate to secure the signing of an impressive teenage forward who has scored eight and assisted eight in just 16 games.

According to a report via the Sun, Ajax starlet Lassina Traore, the cousin of Aston Villa ace Bertrand Traore, is a top target for the Premier League clubs.

West Ham are struggling up-front, with Sebastian Haller on the move and Michail Antonio injury-prone this season. Wolves’s form meanwhile has dipped since the long-term injury to star striker Raul Jiminez.

Lassina Traore scored five in one game this season for Ajax and has been tipped as one of the Amsterdam club’s next big youth academy stars.

The report does state that Ajax are determined to win the Dutch league this season and do not plan to sell in January and would rather wait until the summer.
