West Ham want to splurge £30m this month on ex-Liverpool attacking target

West Ham have pocketed funds from the sales of Sebastian Haller and Robert Snodgrass and are now looking to splash all of it on a former Liverpool attacking target, in the January transfer window.

Watford’s attacking star Ismaila Sarr, 22, was heavily linked with an exit in the past summer window, but Liverpool and Crystal Palace both missed out for their own reasons.

Palace failed with a £25m bid on deadline day and with the season beyond the halfway point, Watford may now be open to an increased £30m offer from West Ham – according to the Sun.

The Senegalese international has scored four and assisted five this season in the Championship.
