Tottenham identify ex-Chelsea striker as the ‘heir to Harry Kane’
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly still anticipating more proposals to sell Harry Kane in 2022 and have identified their ideal ‘heir’ to the England international.
According to a report via Four Four Two, former Chelsea striker and current Juventus star Alvaro Morata is the man being lined up, should Harry Kane be sold in the upcoming transfer windows.
Former Juventus director Fabio Paratici, now at Spurs, is keen to bring in the 28-year-old Spanish international, but it’s a transfer that may not enthuse fans of the north London club.
Morata frustrated during his stint at Chelsea, scoring just 24 goals. To put that into context, Harry Kane scored 24 goals in the Premier League just last season, winning the Golden Boot.
