Matthias Jaissle knew what he was doing when Al-Ahli let Allan Saint-Maximin go and looks like he was right. The French player, who’s now at Fenerbahce playing for Jose Mourinho isn’t doing so great because of behavior problems which is kind of hiding how good he actually is. Jaissle who learned a lot at Red Bull Salzburg has really helped Al-Ahli do well including winning the AFC Champions League which was huge for them.

Since Jose Mourinho came to Fenerbahce he’s been real strict about discipline but it’s causing some problems. Allan Saint-Maximin who Newcastle United loaned out can’t seem to do what Mourinho wants him to do. Even though everyone loved him at Newcastle Saint-Maximin’s problems now show Matthias Jaissle was right when he told Al-Ahli what to do. Even with all this stuff going on Fenerbahce still wants to do real good in the Turkish Super Lig and Mourinho’s experience is helping them try to be the best.

John Duran: A Rising Star Under Consideration
While Fenerbahce deals with their current problems they’re looking at new players too. Mourinho’s interested in John Duran who plays for Al-Nassr right now. He’s really strong and good at scoring goals which could be exactly what Fenerbahce needs. He’s scored 12 goals in 18 games and lots of European teams are watching him. Mourinho’s thinking about getting Duran but he’s being careful cause of what happened with players like Saint-Maximin.
Fenerbahce’s Strategic Focus
Fenerbahce looking at John Duran shows they might be changing how they pick players, trying to get ones who can handle Mourinho’s strict way of doing things. The team still really wants to win the Turkish Super Lig and they’re gonna keep being strict about how players behave and play.
