Solskjaer’s Time as Manager
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has coached at Manchester United and Molde FK, and he knows how to handle teams when things get tough. He’s got a UEFA Pro License and has done pretty good as a coach so he’d fit what Besiktas wants. He also helped train young players at Kristiansund FK which shows he’s good at helping players get better – something that could really help Besiktas players improve.

Besiktas getting Solskjaer makes sense cause they want someone who knows about international football and can handle big name players. The team they got now and all the stuff they won before gives Solskjaer something good to work with.
