Strategic Moves in the Transfer Market
Getting Kenny Arroyo is just like what other teams are doing getting young players who could be really good. Besiktas wants to have both young players and experienced ones in their team. Some other players moving teams are Sebastian Rodriguez going to Montevideo City Torque and Ivan Rodriguez moving to Necaxa which shows how busy the transfer market is.
