Besiktas is making big moves in the transfer market with their bid for Boca Juniors young star, Milton Delgado. The Turkish club has put forward €4.8 million upfront with an extra €1 million in bonuses to get the talented midfielder. But Boca Juniors said no to the offer because they think Delgado is worth way more. Besiktas has officially gone to Boca Juniors with an offer for their talented midfielder Milton Delgado. They offered €4.8 million right away and another €1 million based on how good he plays.
