Spurs fear major departure and target West Brom or Man Utd replacement
Tottenham are starting off the New Year with a fear of losing their captain Hugo Lloris to Paris St-Germain, that’s according to the Sun.
The 34-year-old French number one goalkeeper is wanted by PSG and their soon to be announced new manager Mauricio Pochettino, and that’s left Spurs scrambling for a top replacement.
According to the report it will come down to two choices, West Brom’s Sam Johnstone or Manchester United’s Dean Henderson.
Johnstone is at risk of being relegated with West Brom and would certainly be the cheaper option, while Henderson is frustrated by being backup to David de Gea, despite impressing for two seasons at Sheffield United.
