If he comes to Atalanta it might be tough for him because some players could leave which would affect how good the team does.

Gasperini’s Legacy and Future
Gian Piero Gasperini has really helped make Atalanta better in Italian football getting them into European games and making them good enough to compete in Serie A. Now that he might leave it’s like the end of a time period and people are saying he could be the new manager at Roma.
