Ronaldo entertains return to former club but it won’t be Real Madrid

Speculation has been mounting since Juventus’ early exit in the Champions League, as to the future of superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and whether he will see out his final best years at the Italian champions.

Real Madrid haven’t ruled out making a move for their former star, but should CR7 decide to leave Juventus – it won’t likely be for Madrid, according to Tuttosport.

Instead, Ronaldo would likely entertain the idea of a return to Old Trafford, but the chances of him leaving Juventus this summer aren’t that high, says the report.

Real Madrid have wage restraints and finances to move around and they would ideally like to bring in talent for the long-haul, including big names like Mbappe and Haaland.

Man Utd though haven’t been adverse to signing veteran stars in recent years, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani case and point.
