Revealed – Liverpool ‘agree to sign’ three new players
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will reportedly be adding three exciting young talents to his star-laden squad this summer, with a report via Football Insider stating agreements have been reached.
Celtic’s Scottish 16-year-old winger Ben Doak, Fulham’s 19-year-old Portuguese midfielder Fabio Carvalho, and Derry City’s 15-year-old Irish winger Trent Kone-Doherty are all set for summer arrivals at Anfield.
Fabio Carvalho was close to signing with Liverpool on transfer deadline day back in January. His stay with Fulham has likely been beneficial in hindsight, with the attacking midfielder starring in the London side’s push for promotion – scoring eight and assisting seven this season.
Neither Ben Doak or Trent Kone-Doherty have made senior appearances for their clubs and are expected to go into Liverpool’s youth teams – Fabio Carvalho on the other hand is almost certainly set for the first team squad.
