PSG consider ripping up 4-time Champions League winner’s contract
It was a free transfer that stole the headlines this past summer, Sergio Ramos’ switch from Real Madrid to PSG was meant to signal a major shift in power to France – a proven defender with a trophy-laden career.
It’s not gone quite to plan, with Ramos yet to play for PSG due to a long-term calf injury, which has led to speculation that the Spaniard’s contract could be ‘rescinded’ – via Spanish source AS.
The report states that ‘a possible contract termination, whilst not being considered a major priority, is not totally out of the question.’
PSG uppers feel like the signing was a ‘mistake’ and as each week passes, they may be right, with Ramos not featuring competitively since May for his former club.
