Graham Potter’s Task at West Ham
Graham Potter who’s in charge of West Ham United, hasn’t tried to hide how hard things have been since he took over. The team’s only won three games, drew three and lost six while he’s been boss, and Potter’s trying to get everyone working together and playing better. He’s started using wing-backs which has made the defense a bit better and they didn’t let in any goals against Arsenal and Leicester City.

Niclas Füllkrug’s Perspective
Niclas Füllkrug who’s one of West Ham’s main strikers, has been saying how the team just isn’t clicking together properly. What he said has got people at the club talking about how they need to work better as a team. He hurt his hamstring right after Potter started but now he’s back which is really important especially since Crysencio Summerville and Michail Antonio are both injured.
Future Prospects for West Ham
With West Ham getting ready for their next games including a big one against Brighton & Hove Albion Potter’s trying to make things better in the team. He did good things before at Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea showing he knows how to fix teams and get players motivated. But there’s still problems like not having much money to spend and having to change how they play. It’s not easy to fix everything but Potter’s main job right now is getting everyone feeling good and playing better together to deal with all these problems.
