Tottenham Hotspur is shaking things up in the transfer market with their bigger offer for midfielder Nico Paz. The club has gone and upped their bid to about €50 million after Como said no to their earlier €45 million offer. This shows how bad Tottenham wants to get some quality players on their team.
- Tottenham has put more money on the table for Nico Paz, around €50 million now.
- Como said nope to Tottenham’s first try at €45 million.
- Real Madrid can buy Paz back if they want which makes everything more complicated.
Tottenham’s Pursuit of Nico Paz
Trying to make their midfield better, Tottenham Hotspur really wants Nico Paz. The young player has been doing really good in Serie A with Como, playing in 35 games scoring 6 goals and helping with 8 more. Lots of big teams have noticed how good he is which is why everyone wants him now.

Even though Tottenham offered more money Como hasn’t said yes yet, maybe they want even more cash. It’s even more complicated cause Real Madrid can match any offer someone else makes until 2027, so maybe Paz could end up back there.
Real Madrid’s Strategic Position
Real Madrid being involved makes everything more tricky. They haven’t used their buy-back thing yet but they’re probably watching to see what happens. Nico Paz who started playing at Madrid has said he might wanna go back there someday. But they missed their chance to buy him back in 2025 so now no one knows what’ll happen.
Interest from Juventus and Other Clubs
Making things even more crazy, Juventus wants Paz too. Como says they want €70 million for him cause they think he’s worth that much and really important to their team. With so many big teams wanting him it shows how good everyone thinks he is.
While the transfer window is still open we’ll have to wait and see if Tottenham can get their man or if Real Madrid or Juventus swoops in and takes him instead. Everyone who likes football is gonna be watching what happens with this one.
