Tottenham Hotspur’s head coach, Ange Postecoglou, has spoke about some recent comments that defender Cristian Romero made where he called out the club’s board. Romero got pretty upset after they lost a few games and said stuff about how the club wasn’t spending enough money on new players. He said sorry afterwards and admitted he was just real emotional when he said it.

Cristian Romero got everyone talking when he went public criticizing Tottenham’s board about not spending enough on players. Even though he was complaining he still said he backs what Postecoglou is trying to do, and then later on he said sorry and admitted he probably shouldn’t have said that stuff when he was feeling so emotional.

Even though things aren’t going great, he wants to make the team better and might try getting some new players in January since they need more depth. Postecoglou’s been pretty important since he became the first Australian to ever manage a Premier League team and he’s changed how they play a lot.

The Road Ahead for Tottenham

While Tottenham is going through a rough patch both Postecoglou and Romero are looking to get better. The people running the team hope they can get some good new players in January to help with all the injuries and problems they’re having right now. With Romero being so important in defense and Postecoglou leading the team, Tottenham wants to get past these problems and start winning again in the Premier League.
