Bryan Mbeumo wants to go to Manchester United and says he’d really like to join them if he leaves Brentford. The Cameroonian winger who had a really good 2024/25 season is someone United really wants. But right now United isn’t offering enough money to match what Brentford wants so they’re still talking about it.

  • Manchester United’s offers are lower than Brentford’s £60 million asking price.
  • Mbeumo wants Manchester United more than other clubs.
  • Tottenham hasn’t made any real offers for Mbeumo.

Mbeumo’s Preference for Manchester United

Bryan Mbeumo has told everyone he wants to go to Manchester United if he leaves Brentford. He’s been really good in the Premier League scoring 20 goals and getting 3 assists in the 2024/25 season. Manchester United tried offering £45 million plus £10 million and then £55 million plus £7.5 million but Brentford says that’s not enough cause they want at least £60 million. Mbeumo’s contract with Brentford goes until June 2026 and they’re still talking about everything.

Tottenham’s Position in the Transfer Talks

Even though people are talking about it Tottenham Hotspur haven’t actually tried to buy Bryan Mbeumo. They haven’t even tried to get him this summer which means Manchester United is the only team really talking to Brentford. With Brentford saying they want a lot of money and Mbeumo wanting to go to United nobody really knows what’s gonna happen.

Brentford’s Stance and Mbeumo’s Impact

Brentford FC won’t change their mind about how much they want for Mbeumo because he’s really important to the team. Since he came from Troyes AC in 2019 for about £6.5 million Mbeumo has been super important for Brentford in English football. He played almost every minute last season only missing 5 minutes which shows how good he is. While everyone keeps talking Brentford wants to get the right amount of money for him and if Mbeumo goes to Manchester United it would be really big for him and both teams.
