He’s been really good at other places like FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich, so that’s why people think he could do good with a national team too.

In his whole career Guardiola has been really good at coming up with new ways to play football and he’s won lots of trophies and broken records at every club he’s been at. At Manchester City he’s done really well even when things got hard. Now that he’s thinking about maybe coaching a national team, it could be like a whole new chapter for him and change how national teams play football.
