Uncharacteristic Errors and Guardiola’s Strategy
Manchester City is making mistakes they don’t usually make with even their best players messing up at important times. Even though things are bad Guardiola still supports his players and tries to keep them away from people criticizing them. He’s given them more time to rest and get their heads right, and he thinks they can get back to winning. Guardiola believes his team can get through these hard times.

Future Plans and Rebuilding Efforts
Looking forward Guardiola wants to make big changes to his team because he thinks some regular players will leave. The club is looking for new players, and they really like Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad. Guardiola and the new sporting director Hugo Viana want to get the team playing well again with lots of energy during the next two years while Guardiola is still there.
