Arne Slot was talking to Sky Italy the other day about all these rumors about Mohamed Salah’s playing. After the Egyptian forward missed that penalty, people started saying stuff about him being distracted by contract stuff. But Slot totally denied it saying “The penalty missed by Mo Salah was not due to distraction due to contract situation.” He told fans not to worry cause players miss penalties sometimes and it doesn’t mean anything’s wrong off the field.

Liverpool is right in the middle of really important contract talks with their main players, and Salah’s one of them. They really want to keep their best players especially with big games coming up like against Real Madrid in the Champions League. Even with all the rumors flying around management thinks they’ll get good deals done. Everyone’s talking about what Salah’s gonna do but Liverpool really wants him to stay cause he’s super important to them doing well.

Salah means a lot more to Liverpool than just how good he is at football. They need him there while they try to be the best in the Premier League. Even though some Saudi clubs are interested nobody’s really trying to get him right now which shows how much Liverpool values him. The way the team’s been playing lately shows they need to keep their experienced players together, and Salah’s definitely one of the most important ones in that group.
