Before this he played at New York Red Bulls and Bolton Wanderers but now he’s like super important at Fulham. Having Ream as captain for USMNT is huge and shows how far he’s come. He’s played at different clubs which helped make him the leader he is today and now he’s captain in a final just like Carlos Bocanegra and Michael Bradley were before.
Legacy of USMNT Captains
When you look at all the players who’ve been captain for USMNT in finals it’s pretty impressive. Christian Pulisic who plays for AC Milan has done it three times which shows how much they trust him. Michael Bradley had an awesome career and now he’s coaching New York Red Bulls II. Players like DaMarcus Beasley and Brian Ching were also great captains who helped make the team what it is. Now Ream is part of that group which is really cool.
