With Maresca in charge Chelsea has got 19 points in 11 Premier League matches. The coach is really good at working with young players like Cole Palmer and João Felix. Even though there’s been problems with injuries Maresca has helped Chelsea get off to a good start.
Building for the Future
Maresca’s got big plans for Chelsea that go beyond just winning right now. He’s helping create team spirit and believes in players like Fernandez Palmer and Felix which is gonna help Chelsea do well later on. This is really important for how Chelsea wants to do in England and Europe.
The way Fernandez Palmer and Felix play together is looking really good for Chelsea’s future. Palmer who came over from Manchester City has been doing great things. And Felix is getting better at playing how Maresca wants which is really important for the team doing well.

In a recent game we saw how good these guys could be even though there was this weird moment where Palmer’s shot hit his teammate Noni Madueke. This just shows that new partnerships take time to work properly. Maresca thinks these players are super important for what Chelsea wants to do and believes giving them time to grow together will help a lot.
While Chelsea tries to do well in the tough Premier League they’re really trying to build a team that works well together and can win big things. With Maresca’s plans and Fernandez getting better and better Chelsea looks like they’re gonna do well.
