Aston Villa is trying to get Oscar Mingueza from Celta Vigo. Fabrizio Romano said on Twitter that they’re talking about it but it’s still early. Everyone at the club thinks he’s really good and Unai Emery thinks he’d be great for the team.

Mingueza came from Barcelona’s La Masia academy and he can play as both centre-back and right-back which is pretty cool. Since he went to Celta Vigo in 2022 he’s played 61 games in La Liga and he even plays for Spain sometimes.

Unai Emery’s Vision for Aston Villa
Since Unai Emery took over Villa has done some amazing stuff like getting to the UEFA Conference League semi-final and getting into the Champions League. Emery is really smart with tactics and did great things with Sevilla and Villarreal before. Getting Mingueza would help make the team even stronger which is what Emery wants.
