Chloe Kelly who’s known for playing really good has let Arsenal be the only ones to talk about getting her permanent. David Ornstein tweeted that they’re discussing a three-year contract maybe. This is happening cause Kelly’s going to leave Manchester City as a free agent.

Kelly’s past with Arsenal is really important in these talks. She started playing youth at Queens Park Rangers then went to Arsenal’s Centre of Excellence in 2010 and first played for the big team in 2015. When she came back to Arsenal on loan in January 2025 she helped them win the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Leaving Manchester City
Chloe Kelly leaving Manchester City is like the end of a really good time with them. Since she joined City in 2020 she was super important for them winning stuff like the FA Cup and League Cup.
