Millington’s coming in because Matt Taylor left back in September. The chairman Darryl Eales is really happy about how Millington thinks about football and how it matches what the club wants to do. This kind of thing is happening a lot in football right now with lots of clubs changing managers.

Andy Cooper is coming in too as Assistant Manager. Cooper’s done loads of different things in football like working with young players at Leeds United academy and going abroad to work at ASPIRE Academy in Qatar and Punjab FC.
