- Rene Hake has been coaching for ages in the Netherlands
- He worked at places like Emmen Twente and Utrecht
- Hake just finished being helper coach at Manchester United
Hake’s Coaching Journey
Rene Hake has coached lots of teams in the Netherlands like Emmen, Twente and Utrecht. He also went to England and helped Erik ten Hag coach Manchester United. Even though he left Manchester United in November 2024 lots of teams still want him. West Bromwich Albion thinks he’d be really good as their main coach.

Hake worked with Erik ten Hag who’s a really good Dutch manager which makes him look even better. When they were at Manchester United together they did lots of fancy stuff with defense and got everyone involved in attacking and defending.
West Bromwich Albion’s Strategic Move
West Bromwich Albion really wants someone who knows what they’re doing, and Hake is good at helping young players get better and can change how the team plays when he needs to. If they get him it could mean big changes for West Brom and make the team better at working together.
