Manager Carl Magnay’s Influence
Carl Magnay, who became Gateshead FC’s manager in October 2024 has done pretty good getting like 1.53 points per match in 15 games. He likes using a 3-4-2-1 formation that’s kind of his thing. Before being a manager he did different stuff like coaching players at Carlisle United and MK Dons, and looking for young players at Chelsea. He used to play for teams like Hartlepool United and Grimsby Town before he stopped playing in 2023.
