Word is that Pumas UNAM wants to get Carlos Rotondi, the good winger from Cruz Azul. They’re doing this cause Cesar Huerta is leaving to go play in Europe with Anderlecht. Rotondi who’s been real important for Cruz Azul could bring his skills to Pumas. He came to Cruz Azul from Defensa y Justicia in 2022 which shows how good he is in South American football.


Cesar Huerta’s Move to Europe

Cesar Huerta who can play real good on the left wing, has done great stuff for Pumas. Him going to Anderlecht is gonna be big for his career just like other South American players who go to Europe. Right now, people think Huerta’s worth about €6 million which shows how good everyone thinks he’ll do in Europe.

Making the Team Better with Alex Padilla

Besides trying to get Rotondi Pumas UNAM is also talking about getting Athletic Bilbao’s goalkeeper Alex Padilla. They want him to help make their defense better for the Clausura 2025 season. Padilla who can play for Spain and Mexico might give Julio Gonzalez some competition as the main goalkeeper. They might get him on loan or buy him for like €2 million.
