Santos FC recently made contact with Paulinho, who works as technical coordinator at Mirassol Futebol Clube offering him a director position. Even though the offer was pretty good Paulinho decided to stick with Mirassol showing how much he cares about the club’s current project. After he had to quit professional football in September 2024 because of his knee problems, Paulinho has been really important in directing Mirassol’s future plans working on getting young players better and making the team stronger.

Santos FC tried to get Paulinho while they was dealing with some problems like money issues and people talking about who should be in charge. Santos wanted him cause they need someone to help fix things up while they’re having all these problems.

Paulinho’s Career and Future Prospects
Paulinho staying with Mirassol shows he really believes in what they’re trying to do and wants to see it through. When he was playing he did really good with Corinthians winning lots of titles and playing for Brazil in two World Cups. Now that he’s managing teams like Cruzeiro want him to which shows people think he’s doing a good job.
