Lee Bircham has been leading Bedford Town since May 2023, and he’s quickly left his mark by getting them promoted to the National League North or South for the 2025-26 season. Under him the team won the Southern League Premier Central title when they beat Stourbridge 2-0. Even though money was tight and nobody expected much Bircham’s smart thinking really helped the team do well.

Since he took over in May 2023, Lee Bircham has really changed Bedford Town getting them promoted when nobody thought they could. They won the Southern League Premier Central title after beating Stourbridge even though they didn’t have much money and people thought they wouldn’t do good. Bircham’s smart thinking helped make this happen and he’s already thinking about next season.


Fergus Moore’s Leadership at Leverstock Green

Fergus Moore who’s been around for ages, has helped Leverstock Green get through a really tough season. They won seven of their last ten games which kept them from getting relegated. His good planning and way of getting players motivated helped them stay in the league showing how much he knows about the game and tactics.

Moore knows how to get his team going and keep them organized which really helped them get past all the problems this season and stay in the league. His leadership has really helped Leverstock Green a lot.

Ryan Wade’s Influence at Wormley Rovers

Ryan Wade has really changed things at Wormley Rovers getting them to a good spot in the Spartan South Midlands Football League Premier Division. After getting promoted last season Wade’s team is now trying to get into the playoffs in their first year at this level. Even with lots of good teams to play against Wade’s leadership has made the team stronger and better.

His hard work has helped make Wormley Rovers a team that can compete with anyone in the league showing how good he is at managing and how the team could do even better in the future.
