Neymar’s not gonna be in the Saudi Pro League’s second half which got people talking but he can still play in the Asian Champions League. The Brazilian star hasn’t had much luck at Al-Hilal cause of injuries which messed up his chances to play and get registered. At the same time the Saudi Pro League is still trying to get big players and they’ve got their eye on Marcus Rashford from Manchester United.

  • Neymar won’t be registered for the Saudi Pro League’s second half.
  • He might play in the Asian Champions League though.
  • Injuries kept Neymar from playing much at Al-Hilal.

Neymar’s Current Situation at Al-Hilal

Neymar, who’s like this huge deal in Brazilian football won’t be playing in the second half of the Saudi Pro League season. Al-Hilal’s manager Jorge Jesus said it’s because Neymar’s body just isn’t holding up good after getting hurt so many times. But hey at least he could still show what he can do in the Asian Champions League. He’s had some real bad luck with injuries like tearing his cruciate ligament and messing up his hamstring which is why we barely saw him play this season.

The Broader Implications for the Saudi Pro League

What’s happening with Neymar shows how the Saudi Pro League is trying to handle their big name players. They’re looking at getting Marcus Rashford from Manchester United to make themselves look better worldwide. It’s kinda like when they got Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain for €90 million back in August 2023. The league wants to get better and make people take it serious.

Jorge Jesus and Al-Hilal’s Tactical Adjustments

Jorge Jesus who’s from Portugal is trying to handle this team that’s got young players and older ones like Neymar. Jesus who’s pretty good at managing teams helped places like Benfica and Flamengo win stuff. He knows Neymar’s really good but also sees that his body keeps letting him down. This whole thing shows how football teams gotta think about keeping players healthy while still trying to win games. The league wanting players like Marcus Rashford shows they’re trying to be smart about who they get.
