Everyone thinks having Beale as assistant coach at Al-Ettifaq FC is going to be really good cause he knows a lot about football. Him working with Gerrard again shows they want to use what they both know to make the team better. Since Beale is good with young players and Gerrard knows how to lead, the team could get way better.
