Marta has reached a huge milestone winning her first NWSL Championship with Orlando Pride which adds to her amazing career. This win isn’t just for her it’s showing how much she means to women’s football. She really helped Orlando Pride finish first and then win it all with how good she played.

During the 2024 NWSL season, Marta showed she still has the same skills she had back in the 2007 World Cup. She scored eight goals which really helped Orlando Pride stay unbeaten and showed how important she is to the team.
A Legacy of Excellence
Marta’s career shows how good she is for both her country and her clubs. She’s scored more goals for Brazil than anyone else with 119 goals and no one has scored more in World Cups than her. Before she came to Orlando Pride in 2017 she won seven titles in Sweden. Now she wants to play two more seasons and keep being important for Orlando Pride and Brazil.

Marta does more than just play really good football. She helps make women’s football bigger everywhere and lots of young players look up to her. Winning the NWSL Championship just adds to everything she’s done for the sport. Even though she won’t play in the 2027 World Cup she still wants to help the Brazilian team do well.
