Luis Hueso Reyes Joins Rayados
Luis Ricardo Reyes Moreno who everyone calls “Hueso” has officially signed with Rayados de Monterrey. After he didn’t renew his contract with Atlas Reyes became available letting Rayados get the experienced left-back without paying anything. His long time playing in Liga MX will really help Rayados defense as they get ready for the Clausura 2025 season.

A Storied Career
Reyes started playing with Atlas youth academy in 2008 and first played for the main team in 2016. He played on loan with teams like Curtidores Loros, Altamira and Tampico Madero which helped him learn a lot. He did really good at Club América from 2018 which made him even better and helped them win lots of games. Reyes went back to Atlas in 2021 and helped them win Liga MX titles in Apertura 2021 and Clausura 2022.
Impact and Achievements
During his career Reyes has done some really good things. At Club América he helped win the Liga MX Apertura 2018, Copa MX Clausura 2019 and Campeón de Campeones 2019. When he went back to Atlas he did great again winning Liga MX twice in a row and getting the Campeón de Campeones title in 2022. On his own Reyes got picked for Liga MX Best XI in Clausura 2017 and 2022 and was picked as a Liga MX All-Star in 2022. He also played 9 times for Mexico in big tournaments like the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
