Karius’s Return to the Bundesliga
Loris Karius who used to play at Mainz 05, is going to help make Schalke’s goalkeeper options better. The 31-year-old German will probably be the backup goalkeeper bringing his experience to help push the team. After some tough times lately this move gives Karius a chance to get back to his best in the league where he first got noticed.

Most people remember Karius from his time at Liverpool especially that 2018 UEFA Champions League final. After Liverpool he went to different places like Beşiktaş and Union Berlin but didn’t really settle. At Newcastle United he only played twice which left him without a team for the past six months.
Schalke 04’s Strategic Move
Schalke 04 who got really passionate fans will get something good from having Karius’s experience and drive. The club wants to make their team stronger and getting Karius might make things more competitive for the goalkeepers. This seems like it could work out good for both Karius and the club giving him a shot to get his career going again in the Bundesliga.
