Lee Carsley has done really well with the England Under-21 team winning the 2023 European Championships and everything. With him winning 75% of games people are wondering if going back to the Under-21s is like going backwards. Lee Carsley who used to play for Everton and Birmingham City has really changed things as a manager. Being in charge of England Under-21s, Carsley has won 23 out of 29 games which is pretty amazing.
