Blackburn’s Position and Reaction

Blackburn Rovers ain’t happy about Eustace being interested in Derby County especially since they been doing pretty good this season. Even though they lost their good player Sammie Szmodics, Blackburn has done real well with Eustace winning 18 games out of 52 matches. The club is worried what might happen to them if Eustace leaves.


Derby County’s Quest for Stability

Derby County who are down in 22nd place in the Championship just got rid of their manager Paul Warne after losing too many games. They really need someone good to help them not get relegated. They paid £500,000 just to be allowed to talk to Eustace which shows how bad they want him to be their new manager.

John Eustace’s Career Path

John Eustace started being a manager at Kidderminster Harriers in 2016, then he went to help coach Queens Park Rangers in 2019. He was the manager at Birmingham City from July 2022 till October 2023 before he started managing Blackburn Rovers in February 2024. Since he’s been there Blackburn has been trying to get in the top six this season.
