After playing a bit at Rayo Vallecano James didn’t have a team which is why he can join León now and it’s like one of the biggest things to happen in Mexican football lately. The club thinks having him will help them win more games and get more fans excited. They really want to do good especially cause they might play in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

James Rodríguez has played for some really big teams starting with Porto where people first noticed how good he was. He was amazing in the 2014 World Cup which got him to Real Madrid. While he was in Spain he also played for Bayern Munich for a while and showed everyone he was one of the best attacking midfielders around.
After Europe, he went to Everton then Al-Rayyan then Olympiacos and finally Rayo Vallecano.
