Strategic Appointment by Coventry City
When Coventry City picked Frank Lampard it was part of owner Doug King’s plan to use Lampard’s know-how to help the team succeed. Lampard who knows a lot about tactics, is expected to make the team more stable and better in the league. What he learned at Derby County and other clubs should really help with what Coventry wants to achieve.
Managerial Changes in European Football
Football teams are always changing managers when they want to do better. Lampard getting the Coventry City job is just like what’s happening all over European football. Like how Ruud van Nistelrooy might become Hamburg’s manager shows how clubs are switching things up to deal with league problems. Also Steve Cooper leaving Leicester City shows how hard it is being a manager in football which is what Lampard will have to deal with at Coventry.
