Since leaving Chelsea when the 2022-23 season finished Lampard has been talking to Coventry about maybe being their head coach. He’s managed different teams like Derby County Chelsea and Everton which shows he knows how to handle different kinds of teams.
When he was at Chelsea Lampard showed he was good at tactics and helping young players get better which could be real good for Coventry since they’re in the English Football League Championship.
