Everyone’s Getting Excited for the 2025/26 Season
The Pitching In Southern Football League is important in English football with teams playing at steps 3 and 4. There’s 88 clubs split between Premier League South Premier League Central, Division One South and Division One Central which gives teams a chance to move up the ranks. Bedford Town just won the Southern League Premier Central title when they beat Stourbridge and they’re looking to do even better. Also Yate Town with Darren Mullings in charge want to do good after moving up to Step 3.
League Setup and Big Games
The way the league is setup means there’s gonna be some really good matches. Premier League South has got teams like Yate Town and Weymouth while Premier League Central has teams like Worcester City and St Ives Town. Division One South and Division One Central have lots of different teams which means nobody knows what’ll happen. When the fixtures come out teams will start planning what they need to do to win in the Southern League.
