Adam Lewis has moved to Chesterfield in the Football League after his contract with Morecambe ran out. The free transfer is part of Chesterfield’s plan to build up their team under manager Paul Cook with new players.

  • Adam Lewis joins Chesterfield for free after leaving Morecambe
  • He played 52 games for Morecambe last season showing he can be counted on.
  • Chesterfield is also making their team stronger by getting Ryan Stirk from Walsall.

Chesterfield’s Strategic Signings

Chesterfield is getting ready for the next League Two season by bringing in players who know what they’re doing. Adam Lewis who’s 25 and plays full-back, is going to keep playing with Chesterfield after doing good at Morecambe. He started at the Liverpool academy and has played at different clubs since then getting lots of experience

Along with Lewis, Chesterfield has also got midfielder Ryan Stirk from Walsall. These new players show that Chesterfield wants to do well in League Two with manager Paul Cook working on changing up the team.

Adam Lewis going to Chesterfield is just one of many moves where teams are changing their players to do better. Like Jake Tabor leaving Amersham Town FC shows how hard it is for teams to keep good players. Also Dylan Williams going to Burton Albion shows how players make choices to get more chances to play.

Chesterfield’s newest signings show they really want to make a strong team that can do good in League Two. As they keep getting more players Chesterfield looks like they know what they want to do to win.
