At the same time, Portland Timbers got themselves David Pereira da Costa from RC Lens. They paid about $6 million for him which brings a young player with lots of promise to the Timbers. David who’s Portuguese and known for being quick and smart with the ball, has done pretty good in Ligue 1 scoring 9 goals and getting 11 assists in 107 games.
