Miguel Almiron is gonna make his way back to Atlanta United from Newcastle United, which got lots of soccer fans talking. According to what journalist Fabrizio Romano says the deal is worth $12 million and there’s a verbal agreement already done. Almiron who plays real good as both an attacking midfielder and winger will bring all his skills and experience back to Atlanta United. The Paraguayan player was with Atlanta United before from 2016 to 2019 and helped them win the MLS Cup back in 2018.

Almiron’s Departure from Newcastle United
Almiron leaving means his time at Newcastle United is done after playing 219 games and scoring 30 goals. He joined the Premier League team in 2019 when he left Atlanta United for a record amount. Almiron did real good there and even got named Premier League Player of the Month in October 2022. But Newcastle United’s got some stuff to deal with cause of new ownership rules which is affecting how they handle players and run the club.

Almiron coming back to Atlanta United isn’t just about him coming home it’s also showing how serious the club is about doing good in MLS. Having him back should make the team play better cause he knows the team and has done good there before. This shows how MLS is changing and teams are getting players that can make them better.
