Maybe selling Miguel Almiron to Atlanta United is happening while Newcastle United is dealing with new Premier League rules about ownership. With the Saudi Public Investment Fund involved Newcastle has been looking at different money stuff and player moves to follow these rules. Almiron starts a lot for Newcastle and is known for being really quick on the wing and making chances to score.
