Liverpool join race to sign Tottenham’s top defensive transfer target
Liverpool continue to scour the transfer market for cover for the injured Virgin van Dijk and the latest report is lining the champions to Tottenham’s top transfer target.
Inter Milan’s Milan Skriniar has emerged as the latest name to replace the injured van Dijk, according to a report via Sky Sports Transfer Centre.
The Slovakian international has been in and out of the Inter squad this season, and was heavily linked to Spurs in the summer, however the London side never matched Inter’s price-tag.
Earlier in the year the 25-year-old was priced at around €70million, but that could very well have come down after a year of financial issues for clubs across the continent.
Milan Skriniar has a contract at Milan until 2023.
