Real Madrid’s head coach, Carlo Ancelotti is looking at how the whole team can get better instead of just thinking about how Mbappé fits in. Even though Mbappé has done really good with 8 goals and helping setup other goals since coming for free in July 2024 Ancelotti thinks the whole team working together matters more. This shows how he likes to manage by making everyone work as one instead of just focusing on one player.

Ancelotti’s Perspective on Team Dynamics
Carlo Ancelotti told reporters that it’s not just about Kylian Mbappé. He thinks everyone on the team needs to play better to win more games. This is just like how Ancelotti usually manages teams where he wants everyone to work together instead of relying on just one star player. You can tell Ancelotti really believes in his team when he talks about how they can win the Champions League.
⚪️🇫🇷 Ancelotti: “Kylian Mbappé is not the only problem, it’s not an individual problem”.
“He’s new and he’s adapting, he has scored 8 goals and gave assists”.
“We should all improve at our best, not only Kylian”. https://t.co/2kqysSUWUi

Kylian Mbappé’s Transition to Real Madrid
When Kylian Mbappé moved to Real Madrid it was huge news in football. He came from Paris Saint-Germain without costing anything even though he was worth like €180 million at the time. He helped them win the Super Cup right away which was great. Even though it’s been hard sometimes getting used to playing in Spain and with new teammates Mbappé has shown how good he can be.
Real Madrid’s Strategic Strengthening
As they keep playing in La Liga Real Madrid is making their team stronger. Getting Rodrygo back from being hurt gives them more choices for attacking which they really need for upcoming games. This works well with having Mbappé there and gives Ancelotti more ways to setup the team. Real Madrid is trying hard to get players like Mbappé and Rodrygo working well together so they can win both in Spain and Europe.
