In an amazing match at Estadio Coliseum, Getafe pulled off a shocking 2-1 win over Atlético Madrid. Even though they were losing most of the game Mauro Arambarri turned into the hero for Getafe scoring two goals right at the end in the 88th and 90’+2 minutes. Nobody expected this win against an Atlético team that’s known for defending so well under manager Diego Simeone.

Getafe’s win over Atlético Madrid was really something with Mauro Arambarri scoring twice right at the end. Even though Atlético had the ball most of the time they just couldn’t make it count and only got two shots on target. Getafe only had the ball like 38.7% of the time but they sure knew what to do with it when they got it showing how tough they are.

Atlético’s Missed Opportunities
Atlético Madrid got their only goal from Alexander Sørloth’s penalty in the 75th minute but it wasn’t enough to win. Ángel Correa did some good stuff before Getafe tied it up but nothing came from it. This loss shows Atlético really needs to get better at scoring goals.
