Lionel Messi’s amazing football career started when he first played for FC Barcelona on October 16, 2004. Through the years Messi has proven himself as one of the best players ever winning lots of awards and breaking records. His path has taken him from Barcelona to PSG and now he’s playing at Inter Miami in Major League Soccer.

Messi’s Journey from Barcelona to Inter Miami

Lionel Messi’s first game for FC Barcelona was the beginning of something special. Known for how good he is at dribbling and making plays Messi became really good really fast. At Barcelona he helped win lots of stuff including 10 La Liga titles and 4 UEFA Champions League titles. Nobody has done more for the club than him making him super important in Barcelona’s history.

In 2021 Messi went to Paris Saint-Germain because of money problems. At PSG he kept being awesome scoring 32 goals in 75 games and winning 2 Ligue 1 titles. In 2023 Messi started something new with Inter Miami CF where he shows how good he still is in Major League Soccer.


Messi’s Legacy and Achievements

During his whole career Lionel Messi has done amazing things like winning the Ballon d’Or eight times and helping Argentina win the FIFA World Cup in 2022. Nobody has beat his record of 91 goals in one year from 2012. Besides just playing good Messi has made football more popular everywhere in the world.

Now that it’s been 21 years since Messi’s first game, he still makes people excited about football. Going from Barcelona to PSG and now Inter Miami shows how good he is and how much people care about him in football.
