Ángel Correa, who plays for Atlético Madrid has said he really wants to play for Rosario Central sometime in the future. Even though he’s at Atlético right now, Correa is probably going to transfer to Tigres UANL which is like a big change in where his career’s going. Rosario Central is doing really good in the Argentine Primera División which makes it even more interesting that Correa wants to go there.

Ángel Correa’s Dreams and How He’s Playing Now

Ángel Correa who’s really good at forward for Atlético Madrid just told everyone he wants to go back to playing in Argentina. In this tweet by Gastón Edul Correa said he really wants to play for Rosario Central which means a lot to him.


Since he started playing with Atlético Madrid back in 2014, Correa’s played like more than 460 games and done a lot for the team. This season he’s got 7 goals and helped with 5 more in 40 games. Even though he’s probably going to Tigres UANL, what Correa said shows how much he cares about football in Argentina and how much he wants to wear a Rosario Central shirt someday.

How Good Rosario Central Is Doing

Rosario Central is having like a really amazing season in the Argentine Primera División and they’re winning Zona B with 35 points after 16 games. They just beat Independiente 1-0 which shows how good they’re doing in the league. With how good they’re playing, it would be pretty cool if Correa joined cause he could make them even better.

Moving to Tigres UANL Soon

Even though Correa wants to go back to Argentina sometime, he’s gonna move to Tigres UANL for like €6 million and River Plate wants him too. This is gonna be different for him and give him new stuff to do in South American football. But since he talked about Rosario Central like that maybe fans will see him playing in Argentina again someday.
