Borussia Dortmund has turned down a big £45 million offer from Brentford for their young striker, Maximilian Beier. The 22-year-old’s great performances has caught the eye of the Premier League club but Dortmund says they won’t sell him cause they want to keep him for the future.

In a strong move Borussia Dortmund has said no to Brentford’s record offer for Maximilian Beier. The young striker who came to Dortmund from TSG Hoffenheim in August 2024 for €30 million has shown how good he is with 10 goals and 6 assists in the 2024/25 season. Even though it’s a lot of money, Dortmund wants to keep Beier because they think he’ll help them win in the future.

Brentford’s Ambitious Pursuit
Brentford wanting Beier shows how much they want to make their attack better. Even though they got told no they probably won’t offer more money since Dortmund made it clear they want to keep the striker. Brentford was hoping they could get Beier to make their team score more goals.
